Q: Why do I book a packaged tour?
A: In a packaged tour, everything is arranged to make your holiday hassle free. You can save time and not have to worry about booking accommodations, buying tickets for your transportation, finding your hotel when you reach the airport and finding the right tour when you reach the sites. As the tour operators can get a better price than the customer, packages are also more economical.

Q: I request a private tour. How do you organize all transports and tours at that many different locations?
A: We have our own offices in Turkey, Greece and Egypt. Or staff will know at what time and by which transport you will be arriving at that location and be ready to meet you, to transfer you to your hotel and organize your local tours.

Q: Am I traveling with a group on the tours?
A: If you book a Private Tour, you will have your private guide and driver .If you book an Escorted Tour , you definitely will be with a group, traveling on the same transport vehicle and there will be a tour guide with you during your tour.

Q: When should I book?
A: We highly advise you to book as early as possible since our tours are usually sold-out 60 days prior to departure date.

Q: How many passengers do you usually have on your tours?
A: We usually have 16-24 passengers on our Escorted tours.

Q: How do I pay for my tour, what is the procedure?
A: You can either mail a check/money order or pay by credit card. We kindly request a $250.00 per person deposit to secure our clients’ reservations; the remaining balance being payable 60 days prior to departure date.

Q: How do I recognize you at the airport/port/meeting point?
A: At the airport a Tour&Leisure representative will be waiting outside of the customs area of the arrivals hall, after you collect your luggage. He/she will be holding a sign with your name on it.

Q: Which kind of clothes should I pack?
A: Comfortable and casual clothing is appropriate to wear throughout. Layered comfortable clothes and good walking shoes are a must. Be mindful that neither shorts nor bare shoulders are allowed in mosques. A head covering for women, although not required, is greatly appreciated.
